You Got Questions, Here are Answers 

Q: I purchased my tickets for the wrong time! Do I need to change it?

A:  No! Tickets at the Maze are valid until they are redeemed. If you accidentally purchased a ticket for the wrong time slot, that's ok! Just arrive when you want and we can honor your tickets! 

Q: I purchased my tickets but I didn't get a email or a text!

A:  Its ok! We have your name on file when you purchased your ticket@ just give us the order number or the name on the tickets and you'll be getting lost in the Maze in no time ! 


Q: I didn't think the Maze was Scary. Can I get a refund? 

A:  No. There are no refunds for The Haunted Maze. 

Q:  Can I work at the Haunted Maze as a Scarer? 

A:  Yes! Visit during any regular operating hours to fill out an application!

Q: Will there be food and beverages available for purchase?

A:  On Family Nights, Weekends, and Haunted Nights there is usually one or two vendors, but not all the time. The Maze always sells drinks, chips and candy in the $2-$5 range. 

Q: Where should I park?

A: Free Parking is located directly adjacent to the the Maze

 

Q: What if it is raining the night I have tickets?

A:  Your tickets are valid for any comparable night later in the season

 

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Dogs are allowed on leash during the day. Dogs will NOT be allowed during the Haunted Maze.
