No Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable but remain valid until redeemed.

If we must close due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, your tickets will still be honored on any future open date ,  including future seasons.

There are no refunds for missed time slots, no-shows, or personal scheduling conflicts. If you accidentally select the wrong time or enter the wrong email, don’t worry , just arrive during our open hours on the day you planned to visit, and we’ll take care of you at check-in.

Regular Maze tickets can always be upgraded to Haunted Maze tickets by paying the difference at the gate during Haunted Maze hours.
